America takes the global centre stage today as complete solar eclipse arch through the continent in a 94 minute dance show between the sun and the moon in the celestial theatre. Each place will be able to see complete eclipse (when the moon completely covers the sun and there is total darkness) for two minutes.
The last time moments of totality occurred in zones of total eclipse across America from coast to coast was in 1918 almost 100 years ago.
